By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, and/or by requesting or booking a service through it, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If the User does not agree, they must not use the Website.
MaxiTaxi Spain may update these Terms at any time. The Terms in force at the time the User requests or books a service will apply.
2. User obligations and permitted use

5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and, where stated, include applicable taxes.
Prices may change at any time; however, changes will not affect bookings already confirmed, unless the User requests modifications or additional services.
Accepted payment methods: cash and debit/credit card (where available for the specific service).
6. Service delivery and changes
MaxiTaxi Spain will provide the booked service at the agreed time and place.
If, for reasons attributable to MaxiTaxi Spain, the service cannot be delivered as scheduled, MaxiTaxi Spain will contact the User as soon as reasonably possible. The User may choose to:
- Reschedule the service (subject to availability), or
- Cancel the booking.
A booking confirmation is not an invoice and is not, by itself, proof of payment.
7. Right of withdrawal (cancellation/withdrawal)
The User acknowledges that, under applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain services, including transportation services scheduled for a specific date or period, and/or services that have been fully performed, in accordance with applicable legislation.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual and industrial property rights in and to the Website and its contents are owned by MaxiTaxi Spain or its licensors. All rights reserved.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or made publicly available for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
9. Liability
MaxiTaxi Spain does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and shall not be liable for interruptions due to force majeure, maintenance, technical failures, or causes beyond its reasonable control.
